Planning stage
✔ Unlimited meetings will be conducted a month before the event.
✔ Unlimited assistance in conforming details, services and final agreements with suppliers.
✔ Payment management and review of contracts.
✔ Ocular inspection of the ceremony and the reception area.
✔ Conceptualize and organize the whole program.
✔ Rehearsal and RSVP (Optional).
On the special day
✔ 4 Event Coordinators and 1 Event Manager on the event.
✔ Orientation of specific roles of the entourage and other participants for church/reception on the day of the event.
✔ Gather everything needed for the Reception and bring to the reception venue.
✔ Check the arrival of suppliers and deliveries at both the ceremony and reception venue.
✔ Provide a crew meal report to the client for actual advice on cash allowances or meals required by suppliers
✔ Gift management and Wine inventory
✔ Set up everything needed at the reception.
✔ Assist the Bride in handling other things, e.g., pay suppliers, order meals, etc. to relieve her of any stress or tension.
✔ Overall management of the whole event.
✔ Assist Emcee by briefing them for the reception flow and assist throughout the program
